Join us on Wednesday, July 24th, for a special co-hosted event with Sam from Moss and Moonlight Sanctuary. This unique Hammock Healing Meditation will be enriched by a Women's Circle, diving deeper into what connects us as women. Together, we will explore our shared experiences and support one another in a nurturing space.
We will also explore grounding movements and exercises for some gentle movement.
Following the circle, we will transition into a serene session of Reiki healing. Sam and Katie will provide individual Reiki treatments, accompanied by soothing sound healing music, ensuring a truly restorative experience. Come and be part of this transformative evening, embracing connection, healing, and inner peace.
