Join the Chief Fitness Women’s Self Defense Seminar, suitable for ages 12 and above, and empower yourself and your family! Don't wait for an unfortunate event to occur, take proactive measures to ensure your safety!
The course will take place on Saturday August 23rd, from 10:00-2:00 PM, inside Crossport Gym. Register soon as only the first 12 participants will be able to attend!
Register before August 1st, for the "Early Bird" discounted price of only $49 per person! Direct family members ages 12-17 can be added for only $25! After August 1st, admission will be $75 per person!

The first half of the course will cover the theoretical aspects of self-defense, where you will learn to be more aware of your surroundings, detect potential dangers, and prevent attacks.
The second half is the practical section, where you will learn simple yet effective self-defense techniques, through vital point strikes, knees, elbows, kicks, joint manipulation, choke defense and more!
Finally, we will conclude with "fight for life" drills, where you can demonstrate your newfound skills and confidence in real-life scenarios!
**I will also instruct on the use of self-protection tasers, which will be available for purchase for only $30!
**Bottled water will be provided, and you're welcome to bring your own snacks to have during the designated class breaks.
