About this Event

The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month.

Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease.

This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance.

Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles.

Feel free to bring your own mat or use one of ours. To get settled and fully enjoy the class, please arrive about 10 minutes early. We close the door when class begins, so late entry won’t be possible.
