TO CULTIVATE BALANCE, join us this June for a week-long women’s retreat in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. In our private retreat space perched high above the city, we will get you out of the same-old-same-thing and into adventures that will spark new ideas and new possibilities, as well as include some much needed community, relaxation, and reconnection with yourself and your body. We are here to support you in this immersive, soul-nourishing experience of a lifetime.
Our intention is to enjoy life more deeply together, to create community for connection and empowerment, and to reclaim, reframe and reflame our Yin (feminine) energies. We will move, laugh, sing, dance, and explore the natural beauty within us and all around us. We'll dive into what holds us back from trusting in life and practice how to tune into and navigate with the subtle sensations of your divinely granted intuitive guidance system.

This fully immersive retreat will provide you with a safe space to express your truth, to explore new ways to relate to yourself and others, and to feel nurtured on many levels. We welcome you to a lovely Hawaiian hale (home) with a private pool, incredible ocean and mountain views, as well as nourishing, healthy meals to refresh and enliven you on this journey.
Our week together will be full of fun activities and transformative workshops including the following: yoga, meditation, dance, sharing circles, art journaling, creative expression, sound journey, breathwork, vocal activation, beach time, waterfall hike, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and more!
We are conveniently located in Honolulu, nestled in the mountains. We provide pickup from the airport, accommodation, all vegetarian meals, and facilitated activities.
