Wellness is about so much more than simply “self-care” or “me time.” To truly be well is stewardship of the gift of our mind, body and spirit, and we can learn to do this from a place of God's perfect love. At the Women's Wellness Workshop we'll explore a Bible-based approach to wellness through an opening message by Pastor Amanda followed by breakouts about women's hormones, nutrition, Scripture meditation, pickleball, and many more! Childcare provided. Registration required.
