This half-day wellness experience is designed to honour those seasons — and the unique needs that each stage of life asks of us.
Join us for expert-led, interactive workshops supporting your emotional, mental, physical, and nutritional well-being.

Grief Through Life’s Seasons: Understanding the Many Ways We Experience Loss

Info: This workshop facilitated by Registered Psychotherapist, Riffat Yousaf invites participants to explore grief through a broader lens: not only as something that happens when someone dies, but as something we experience when life changes, when we lose roles, relationships, dreams, abilities, certainty, or a sense of self. Using the metaphor of life’s seasons, we will look at how grief evolves across childhood, adulthood, and later life, and how different forms of loss shape us emotionally, spiritually, and socially. Participants will walk away with language, insight, and tools for supporting themselves or others through grief in its many forms.
