A collaborative community event presented by Health, Wellness & Integrated Care, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Theta Theta Omega Chapter, and the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) Extension.

The Women’s Wellness Summit takes place on May 1, 2026, in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month.

This free, all day experience is designed to support self care, connection, and integrated wellness across mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, this summit brings together medical, mental health, and holistic perspectives to help you reconnect with yourself in a supportive community.

Through interactive workshops, shared experiences, and practical tools, this event is for women navigating life’s transitions, seeking balance, and ready to pour back into themselves.
