This event celebrates International Women's Month and is all about self-care and empowerment for women of all ages and backgrounds. Treat yourself to a 55 minute Reformer Pilates class and an inspiring workshop designed to help you improve the relationship you have with yourself. Also included is a skin care routine course and bio-hacking stations with healthy snacks and drinks offered. Connect with like-minded women and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized. Info: Start your journey of Improving the Relationship You Have with Yourself with a 55 minute Reformer Pilates class that focuses on mindful movement and enhancing your mind-body connection. Taught by Cassie Greer, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, this class is designed to satisfy women of all athletic capabilities, regardless of Pilates and Reformer experience. Beginners and Experienced practitioners are all encouraged to attend!

Info: Nourish your Body after your workout and help yourself to anything at the snack and drink bar. Take a few minutes to enjoy the compression boots and /or red light therapy offered by Restore Hyper Wellness and learn about the benefits of each. Connect with a local jewelry artist over healing stones and chat with the community of women participating in the event.

Info: Enjoy this 60 minute workshop with Dr. Sharon Arbel, Clinical Psychologist. Titled "Relationship with Self: How to Improve all Relationships in your Life by focusing on Self," this workshop will allow you to connect more deeply with you.
