Join us for an inspiring day dedicated to growth, connection and empowerment at the Women’s Wellbeing Summit - a unique gathering of voices from across wellbeing, creativity, business and personal development.

This immersive experience brings together a powerful line-up of speakers, including coaches, authors, performers and thought leaders, each sharing their personal journeys, expertise and practical tools to support your wellbeing. From mental health and resilience to creativity, movement and conscious living, the summit offers a holistic approach to thriving in today’s world.

Through a series of talks, conversations and moments of reflection, you’ll gain fresh perspectives, deepen your self-awareness, and leave feeling inspired, energised, and more connected - both to yourself and to a like-minded community of women.

Rebecca J. Carda Leigh - Piano

Rebecca J. Carda Leigh is an internationally acclaimed concert pianist and Artistic Director who has performed on some of the world’s most prestigious stages. She is also a dedicated teacher and mentor to emerging musicians.

As Founder and Artistic Director of Concert & Cake, she brings classical music into welcoming community spaces, creating unique and accessible cultural experiences.

With over 24 years of experience in the corporate world, including investment banking, Tina Gray understands the pressures of success and the toll it can take on wellbeing. Her own journey of transformation led her to discover that true success is rooted in balance, self-worth, and inner fulfilment.

Now a respected Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) therapist, coach, trainer, and speaker, Tina helps people overcome self-doubt, stress, and limiting beliefs to create lasting change. Having trained with RTT founder Marisa Peer, she later became Head Trainer at the RTT School, mentoring thousands of students worldwide.

In this empowering session, Tina will share how self-compassion can shift negative thinking, build confidence, and support a healthier relationship with ourselves.
