Join us for Women's Voices, an evening dedicated to showcasing original works by Dan Brown. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to experience creative expressions brought to life in a vibrant setting. Attendees will gather at the venue located at The Black Box Theatre; Rockaway Beach NYC 116-16 Rockaway Beach Blvd to enjoy this special evening.

Dan Brown is a writer/director from Rockaway Beach, NY. His documentary- John Cori Warned You was released in 2013. In 2020 Dan published a book of his fiction writing- The Sometimes Why; Short Stories, Monologues, and Words to that Effect. In 2021 he directed the stage production- Tales From the Sometimes Why. His next project, The Eleven Story Drop, debuted at The Chain Theatre in New York in January 2023. His short plays have been featured in a number of theater festivals including The Mollies (Queens Short Play Festival), Sunshine Unlimited (New York Theater Festival), The Impure Season (New York Theater Festival), and The Gritarer Verde (Spark Theatre Festival). His screenplay for The Impure Season was selected among the winners of the 2023 New York International Screenplay Awards. In February 2024 his full-length play, Force starring Jen Jacob, was staged for a limited run at the Chain Theater. Dan’s latest full-length play, The Needless Burden of Conscience debuted at the Theater for the New City in June of 2026.
