This workshop is all about empowering women to dream big and make those dreams a reality while surrounded by natural beauty. It is a safe space for all women to explore their goals and aspirations. No artistic skills required, just an open heart and mind.

This heart-centered workshop is designed specifically for women ready to step into their power, clarify their desires, and intentionally create a life they love. Through soulful reflection, guided visualization, and the creative process of vision board making, participants will learn how to harness the power of manifestation in alignment with their personal truth.

About the Facilitators:

Isis Ament

Isis Ament is a compassionate spiritual mentor, intuitive healer and meditation facilitator with a grounded background in rehabilitation counselling. With over 30 years of experience guiding others through emotional, physical, and spiritual transformation, Isis bridges traditional therapeutic wisdom with holistic healing modalities to support deep, lasting change.

Combining clinical expertise with holistic practices along with a deeply grounded presence and a heart-centred approach, Isis creates safe, nurturing spaces for individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom, release limiting patterns, and step into alignment with their authentic selves.

Tracey Grose

Tracey Grose is a licensed clinical social worker with a desire for all to live a fully actualized life. With a MSW from the University of Georgia and an M. Ed. from OISE in social justice education, Tracey believes we all have the power to live mentally well-balanced lives.

As a social work trainer and instructor at Factor Inwentash Faculty of social work at the University of Toronto, she is committed to preparing future healers for our communities. Vision boarding gives you that opportunity to dream and create your own unique future road map.
