Life moves in cycles. We shift, change, and are carried through different seasons—times of growth, loss, uncertainty, and renewal. This Table Talk invites us to pause in the midst of those transitions and ask: How do we stay anchored when everything around us is moving?
Through tea meditation, gentle journaling, and open conversation, we’ll explore what keeps us steady in times of change. How we can hold on without clinging. How we can move with life’s seasons while still feeling rooted where we are.
This series continues to offer a supportive space guided by tea, tarot, and conversational therapy. A moment to gather & simply breathe.
