Women's Support Circle Calgary | Connection & Healing Through Life Changes
About this Event
In July, seven women joined us in the park for four evenings of honest conversation, support, and connection. Many arrived looking for a place where they could slow down, be heard, and spend time with other women who understood.
The Women’s Support Circle returns in August for another four-week series on August 4, 11, 18, and 25. This is a small, welcoming space for women to talk openly, listen, connect, and feel supported through whatever season of life they are moving through.
This 4-week Women's Support Circle in Calgary offers a calm and supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported alongside other women moving through life's challenges.
Together, we will gather outdoors in a peaceful park setting for grounding, gentle conversation, reflection, and connection.
This is not therapy or a formal coaching program. It is a small and welcoming circle designed to support emotional healing, nervous system calm, self-reflection, and meaningful connection.
Each 90-minute gathering will include:
• Grounding and calming practices
• Gentle conversation and reflection
• Emotional support and shared connection
• Space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself
• A peaceful outdoor environment in North Glenmore Park
