Let the waves meet you where you are. Walk away renewed.
Join a circle of women for our monthly Sunrise Beach Walk at Sunglow Pier in Daytona Beach Shores. We’ll begin with a gentle guided mindfulness practice as the sun rises over the water, then walk together in presence, peace, and connection.

Connect with nature — and each other 🌊
Come as you are. All women are welcome — no experience needed. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and anything that makes you comfortable (a towel, warm layer, journal, etc.).

WEATHER PLAN: We gather in light mist or gentle breeze. For heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions, we’ll post an update on this page and message on our Facebook Event Invite to registered guests by 9:00 pm the evening prior (or 1 hour before, for fast-moving weather).
PARKING: There is a Park Volusia parking lot located at Sunglow Pier. Volusia Residents park for free when their vehicle is registered in advance (go to: Permits.ParkVolusia.org). If you are not a Volusia resident, you will be charged to park in this lot.
FREE PARKING is available to all Volusia residents & non-residents across the street in the Crabby Joes parking lot
