Women's Sun Circle: A Heart-Centered Spring Equinox Ceremony

Join Carolyn on Friday, March 20th from 5-7pm for a Heart-Centered Spring Equinox Ceremony! During this Women's Sun Circle, you'll connect with the solar codes within you to tap into your innate creative potential and manifest your desires.

The Sun Circle will include:

• A solar tea ceremony
• Group Reiki
• Nourishing movement to awaken the solar codes within you
• A manifestation exercise
• Sunset meditation, toning, and chanting

What to bring:

• A yoga mat
• Something soft to sit on (pillow, bolster, etc.)
• A blanket
• Your journal
• Any items you like to use for meditation (crystals, cards, charms, etc)
