Women's Summer Colorado Moto-trip 2023 planning is underway. And, because a trip like this takes a fair amount of planning, we're starting now.
We've secured a beautiful AirBNB for 10 plus S&W in Estes Park, CO (restaurants, shops, & ice cream within walking distance).
What we know:
We'll depart MN early Sunday, July 9, 2023. Arrive at our AirBNB on Monday, July 10th.
Ride, Hike, Eat, Laugh, and Create incredible moments for the week.
Depart Colorado early Friday, July 14. Arrive back in the cities on Saturday, July 15th.
Items to consider:
~ Time for Trip: 7 days / 6 Nights
~ Lodging Budget: Hotel for 2 nights: $100. AirBNB for 4 nights: $280 = $380 (approx) ** In the interest of safety, the trip will be capped at 12 total.
~ Fuel Budget
~ Food Budget
~ Fun Budget
~ Park fees: Rocky Mountain National Park 7 day motorcycle pass $30
~ Riding Ability and Experience: Long distance, mountain riding, high elevations.
~ Tank Size: At least 150 miles a tank
~ Emergency Plan for Bike Maintenance / towing
~ Pre-Trip Meet Up / Ride - We will have a pre-trip meet up with everyone going before the actual event so we can acquaint ourselves.
~ Refunds - None. If you are unable to attend and there are folks on the waiting list, you will be responsible for the arrangements allowing them to fill your spot.
~ All rides (time spent on our motorcycles) are dry. We don't imbibe and ride.
