Women’s Stories – Using kindness to connect to yourself, your body, and your communities.
Being kind is about allowing others to feel truly seen and heard. But we cannot genuinely be kind to others unless we are first kind to ourselves. If we accept all that we both like and dislike about ourselves with compassion, then we can find our true authenticity. We believe that this vulnerable action of compassion and radical self-acceptance is the way to enable change.
Using different art forms and playful experiment, we explore the process of self- awareness and reflection to understand the concept of what ‘being enough’ looks like.
These 3 free tasters are followed by a 5-week course starting on 12 Sept 24
