Join Charlotte comedian Lauren Ansley for a fun, supportive, six-week stand-up comedy class where you'll learn to find your funny, write your own material, and build the confidence to take the stage.
**WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE:**
🎤 Learn the fundamentals of stand-up comedy, joke writing, and storytelling.
🎤 Get more comfortable speaking and performing in front of others.
🎤 Receive helpful feedback, encouragement, and tips from experienced comedians.
🎤 Connect with a wonderful group of women, make new friends, and share plenty of laughs along the way.
🎤 Write and perform your very own 5 to 7-minute stand-up comedy routine at our LIVE graduation showcase!
**NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!**
You don't have to consider yourself funny, and you definitely don't have to aspire to become a professional comedian (but you may also surprise yourself). Just bring an open mind, a sense of humor, and a willingness to try something new!

⏰ Six weekly classes, plus graduation showcase
📍 Divine Barrel Brewing | Charlotte, NC
💰 Tuition: $350 (includes all six classes and graduation showcase)

**ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR**
Lauren Ansley is a Charlotte-based comedian, speaker, and corporate entertainer who got her own start in comedy by taking a stand-up class!
Since then, she's performed in comedy festivals, produced and hosted hundreds of comedy shows, and helped more than 40 women find their funny through her stand-up comedy classes. She is now a full-time conference emcee, speaker, facilitator and trainer.
She knows firsthand how intimidating that first step onto the stage can feel, and how incredibly rewarding it is when you do it!
