Join Myla Rose for a weekend immersion of journeying into the somatic depths of your embodied and sensual feminine expression.A safely held space to explore and cultivate those deep lines of connection between body and expression through sensation and movement. This intensive is experiential and about your experience and sensation, it is not about choreography or learning moves. This is not your typical 'sexy dance class' but is focused on building presence and a rootedness in yourself as a woman and moving from that place within yourself.
Dates: March 14th and 15th 2026
Times: 10am-3pm each day
Price: $160 ($140 Earlybird) for the full weekend. If you are only able to attend on the Saturday, please contact Myla 0455 411 238 to see if there is space available.
Who: All women welcome (16yo +), no prerequisites or dance experience necessary. Come dance with the body that you are.
Wear: Comfy clothes that you feel unhindered by (ie. can roll on the floor or wont bother you by riding up etc).
Where: Yallingup Hall
At the conclusion of the weekend you will be sent 5 somatic audio explorations on the different topics covered to support your integration at home.
