This is a women's self protection seminar for all females aged 14+. There will be some theory aspects to the session and also some practical parts too.
This session will equip you with skills helping you to identify, avoid threats to help to keep you safe.
We will be covering elements of self protection such as awareness, avoidance, assessment and action.
All participants will receive a booklet to take away and this will allow participants to review the information at a later date. There will also be a recording that will be sent to all of those that attend.
