A WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN THAT BEGINS WITH AWARENESS, PREVENTION, & RISK REDUCTION & ENDS WITH THE BASICS OF HANDS ON SELF-DEFENSE TECHNIQUES.
About this Event

* Learn life saving skills

* Develop situational awareness

* Demonstrate & practice several hands on self defense techniques

* Gain confidence & self-esteem

* Comfortable, supportive learning environment

* For Women, taught by Women

Workshop cost is $40 per person (ages 18+)
