This 90-minute workshop will cover how to escape from common physical assault scenarios including: floor pins, wall pins, headlocks, and detachment techniques for hair, wrist, and clothing grabs. We will also cover deterrents to being assaulted that you can use early on in the scenario to help de-escalate the situation.
