In this 90 minute workshop we will work through common scenarios and physical self defense techniques. This workshop is for women, lead by women. We strive to create an environment where women can feel safe participating and learning self defense. Additional opportunities for training will be discussed for those who want to build on the skills they’ve learned. Instructed by Meredith Frederick and Bree DeForest from The Farm Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
