The Salty Sister's are hosting a Self defense Class
This is a great class to take with your daughters 13 years and up, sign up with a girlfriend and learn together.
Refuse to be a victim! Join us for a 4-hour workshop to gain awareness, confidence, de-escalation, and physical techniques for self-defense that can change your life.
This workshop empowers women with confidence in Self defense skills.
*Taught by certified self-defense instructors
When: Saturday, May 17, 1-5pm
Who: All women (ages 13+)
Cost: $59 ($89 for 2 people)
Where: Aurora Community Church / Park in upper lot and enter through the office doors.
