Women's Self Defense Workshop

Built on Krav Maga's practical, no-nonsense approach, this program teaches quick, effective self-defense for real-world situations.

In this program, you’ll learn how to protect yourself from various threats, all while building strength and confidence in a family-like atmosphere. Our goal is to empower you with skills that work, whether in a gym setting or on the streets, and to ensure you leave feeling gritty, confident, and supported by a strong community of women.

Wear workout clothes, tennis shoes, bring water, and be ready to sweat. Let's get gritty together!
