Womens Self Defense Seminar - Sacramento

Our mission is to provide women and girls with the will to build confidence, resilience, and self-worth through violence prevention education and self-defense. Over the last decade, Mean Girl Self Defense has provided over 600 seminars worldwide and has trained hundreds of instructors and thousands of students in self-defense. We pride ourselves on taking a unique approach to learning and teaching self-defense by discussing prevention techniques, situational awareness, how to detect a “bad guy”, how to recognize human trafficking, and how to protect yourself from a violent predator. We don’t just focus on the “punch and kick” of it all (because self-defense starts with avoidance and prevention), but we do have fun with that part too. In our free self-defense seminars we teach all of the above, plus the basics of striking for self-defense and the basics of getting out of grabs and holds, avoiding the ground, and what to do if a violent altercation does go to the ground. This is a jam-packed and FUN 2 hour introduction to all of our programs absolutely free of charge (although we humbly accept any donations which 100 percent go to giving free courses to college bound girls).
