Once again we are offering our popular female only self-defense seminar on Saturday, October 25th from 12-2:30pm. Come and learn how to defend yourself against common attacks, refuse to be a victim and go home safe! This is a Charity Event, you will also be helping those who have been affected by domestic violence. A portion of the proceeds will go to UGM Crisis Shelter For Women & Children.
