Welcome to the Women's Full or Half Day Seminar!
Come join us at The Women's Defense Company for an empowering in-person event where you can learn essential self-defense techniques tailored for women. Our class is designed to boost your confidence and equip you with the skills needed to defend yourself in any situation.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through various scenarios and teach you practical strategies to stay safe. Whether you're a beginner or have some self-defense experience, this class is suitable for women of all levels.

The first half of the day will cover ways to reduce our risks of violence, the criminal versus defensive mindset, fighting smarter and devastating strikes to stop an attack. The second half of the day will be all about escaping wrist grabs, headlocks, strangulation, hairpulls, bearhugs, being pinned on the ground and the ideology from dealing with armed attacks.
- Class open to females ages 10 and over
- Half Day Class (9:30am-noon), Full Day Class (9am-3:30pm)
- Class will break for lunch
- Waiver must be signed to participate
- Males are not permitted to stay during class
- Refunds available up to 7 days before class. Eventbrite Fees are not refundable
