About this Event
You may never feel comfortable walking alone at night, in the parking garage, or even with headphones in. You can, however, have the comfort of knowing how to escape the situation if someone tried to grab your hair, grab your wrist, or tried to confront you.
During our self-defense seminar, we will cover those scenarios, along with the basics of self-defense that many people may not know. If you are unable to make it, please reach out and we will give you a free lesson in our (co-ed) adult class (Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00-9:15PM) or our women's only class (Tuesday 11AM) so you do not miss out!
This event is for WOMEN ONLY. We do not reccommend bringing children unless they are old enough to understand mature topics we will be referancing during the seminar (16+).
