You are invited to an interactive women's self defense seminar with Hezi Sheli, 7th degree black belt, one of the highest ranked and experienced Israeli Self Defense instructor in the U.S. Originally a combatant in the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces), Hezi went on to work internationally as a security professional, serving as a bodyguard for celebrities and high profile individuals and continues to train the top security teams of Hollywood’s A-list celebs. It is his real world life experiences which gives him the knowledge and the authority to teach about everyday self defense; what does work, what doesn’t and more importantly why.
The world is a dangerous place and seems to get crazier every day. No matter how safe we feel, we can be victimized at any moment. In fact, the Rape Crisis Center reports that 1 in 4 women are sexually assaulted in their lifetime.

This seminar is a great option for women that want to feel safer and more confident and girls that are going to college and want to learn some basic self defense.
All participants will receive a self defense weapon - Spiral Key chain with a pointed end. Hezi will drill scenarios and uses for the tool. We would like for each participant to practice using the weapon during this session as a means of offensive protection. Carry the tool in your pocket, purse or keys, while on the go.
Below is the breakdown of the session by hour:
1st hour: Striking - Punches, kicks, engaging the soft points (hard bone on soft tissue), Self defense weapons training with the key chain.
2nd hour: Escapes - Situational defenses if an assailant chokes, grabs, or tries to forcefully dominate the defender.
3rd hour: Ground Defense - Different ground positions to defend from a ground attack situation, Escaping to get back on the feet, defending when the attacker is standing and the practitioner is on the back.
Tuition: Early Bird Special $99 (Extended to Monday, 07/19/21 afterwards the rate will increase by $20).
There is limited space and registration is on a "first come first serve" basis.
The age minimum for this event is 15 years old.
***Cancellation Policy: Full refunds minus a 25% cancellation fee are available until 28 days prior to the event. 50% refunds are available until 15 days prior to the event. No refunds will be processed 14 days prior to the event.
