Women's Self-Defense Seminar

Bellicose Martial Arts is excited to announce a three-part series of Women's Self-Defense Seminar taught by Professor Charles Cherry.

Professor Charles Cherry has over 40 years experience in various martial arts. He is a former member of the U.S. Judo roster, a former mixed martial arts competitor, a respected local wrestling coach, a black belt in multiple martial arts disciplines, and a certified firearms instructor.

Professor Cherry will impart his unique approach for teaching people with no prior self-defense concepts by delivering a radical approach to encountering and overcoming violence. His methods are grounded in both evidence-based teaching principles and his extensive practical experience.

Introduction to risk awareness, personal weapons and ground fighting defense.

Part 1 Early Registration (thru January 26th):

PART 2:
March 2, 2025 | 9:00 am - 12 :00 pm
Effective use of improvised weapons.
Attendance of part one is not required to participate part two.

PART THREE:
April 6, 2025 | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Continued real-world scenarios culminating with a practical exercise to test your skills.
Special addition: A presentation on surviving sexual assaults.
