Women's Self Defense Seminar

This session focuses on building confidence and providing self-defense tools for participants, whether beginners or those refreshing their skills. It enhances personal safety knowledge, fosters a proactive mindset, and offers peace of mind in facing potential threats. Attendees will learn from experienced professionals dedicated to safety and empowerment.
