EGD is thrilled to offer this one-time-only self-defense class featuring Gracie Jiu Jitsu's Owner & Head Instructor, Jenn Gray. Build confidence and awareness in this two hour course, where you can learn to set boundaries, detect predators, manage distance, learn assertive communication, and many other key self-defense techniques. \Ages 12+, $25 per student in-advance ($30 for day-of enrollment), open to the community.
