Each class aims to empower you to navigate life with a renewed sense of confidence and peace of mind, offering techniques and strategies that can ease anxiety and help you feel secure in your surroundings.
About the Instructor:
Bert Campbell, a 2nd-degree black belt in Shodokan karate, brings over 16 years of experience training under the Zen Do Kai system in New York, along with six years of club management experience. Bert has trained alongside renowned martial artists Relson Gracie, Kurt Pellegrino, and Carlos Newton, and his instruction style is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all levels.
