WOMENS SELF DEFENSE CLASS:
Oct 19th, 12pm - 2pm.
Location: Heston's Gladiator Academy, located at Sports Zone, 3909 SW Burlingame Rd, Topeka KS. It will be in the smaller building to the right as you pull into the parking lot.
Cost : $25. Age 13 and up.
Come join Scott Heston, and Gary Williams as they join forces to present Women's Self Defense!
This class covers many simple and effective defenses used during assault situations. This class will be stress based because the actual situation shouldn't be the first time you try a new technique.
If you are planning to attend this class, please wear comfortable shoes and workout clothing.
