For $80 during the month of February we turn our Monday's adult class into a Women's self-defense course.That's 4 classes, 6:30-8pm Monday nights. The first hour is phisical training leaving the last 30 minutes for a short lecture. As the month progresses the training escalates, starting from common aggressions and ending at home invasions.
●Learn techniques to help fight off aggressors.
●Tips on situational awareness and deescalation.
●Staging your home/vehicle.
●Learn how to effectively use self-defense weapons.
