Real life techniques in a safe and fun environmentThis class is open to ladies and young ladies.
Wear comfortable clothing and nothing that will scratch the mats like zippers or anything sharp
No shoes allowed on the mats, recommend flip flops
Bring water- we will sweat!
This class is best enjoyed with a friend, so bring your bestie and plan on having a blast while we learn important potentially life saving techniques for real situations.
Cost is $10 per participant and cash is preferred
