Course Program:
1️⃣ Psychology of criminal attacks, assertiveness, and personal boundary defense.
2️⃣ Release from common grabs, techniques for strikes in different situations.
3️⃣ Defense against attacks, with a focus on sexual violence prevention.
4️⃣ Defense against threats with weapons. Use of the self-defense tools and weapons of opportunity. Stress test.
