Introducing the Gracie Largo West Women’s Self-Defense Clinic — an intensive, practical training designed to teach you how to defend against the 20 most common threats faced by women today.
No fluff. Just proven techniques that work — even if you’ve never trained before. No experience is needed.
You’ll learn how to:
Stay calm under pressure
Escape common holds and grabs
Defend yourself from the ground
Recognize danger before it escalates
Use your voice and body as powerful tools
Choose from two training formats:
🔹 Weekend Immersion — Learn everything in just 1-2 powerful sessions.
