Hope Haven Counseling & Support Center has teamed up with the Yuba City Police Department to bring our community a free, empowering self-defense class led by YCPD Defensive Tactics Instructors.
Whether you're looking to feel more confident walking to your car or simply want to trust your instincts a little more, this hands-on class will give you practical tools to feel safer and stronger.
