Join us at Movement Matters Physical Therapy with guest Jax Henderson from Igneus Self Defense for an evening class just for women ages 16+.We will be using creative problem solving within scenario-based learning. This will help you develop the tools to better defend yourself! Let's become more empowered and connected together! No experience necessary!
