Women's Self Defense Class/Grab Defenses

Here are the details:

-Class time is 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

-The class is open to women and girls ages 13 and up. It is suitable for any ability or fitness level. We can easily work around injuries.

-Cost is only $20 per participant and all proceeds go to Paws and Effects, a local pet support group.

-The classes are 100% hands-on, fast paced and fun! No lecture.

-This class will focus specifically on grab defense techniques and participants will practice applying them with a partner so bring a friend for added fun.

-In the final section of the class participants will be given the opportunity to perform what they have learned against a live attacker in a full combat suit. This is by far the highlight of the class.

-Wear comfortable workout clothing. You can either wear shoes or go barefoot.

-You are welcome to bring your own drinks, but we also have water and Gatorade for sale as well.

-A special continuation program will be available for those who want additional training after the class.
