A fun and fast paced class that is all hands on. Simple and effective techniques that can be scaled for all ability levels.Join us for another of our amazing events! Here are the details:
-Class time is 11 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday March 26th
-The class is open to ALL women ages 13 and up. It is suitable for any ability or fitness level. We can easily work around injuries.
-Cost is only $15 per participant.
-The classes are 100% hands on, fast paced and fun! No lecture.
-We will cover various types of simple defenses against multiple attacks, then practice applying them with a partner (so bring a friend for added fun).
-In the final section of the class participants will be given the opportunity to perform what they have learned against a live attacker in a full combat suit. This is by far the highlight of the class.
-Wear comfortable workout clothing. You can either wear shoes or go barefoot.
-You are welcome to bring your own drinks, but we also have water and Gatorade for sale here.
-A special continuation program will be available for those who want additional training after the class.
