Ladies, have you ever wondered what you would do if someone just up and one day decided to attack you? I'm sure it has crossed your mind at least once or twice. You've seen it on the news, you may know someone personally that has had it happen to them. The unfortunate truth is that it normally doesn't work out for the victim...Why? Because they didn't address the possibility that they could be attacked. Or, if they wanted to address it, they didn't have the resources available to them to learn how to address it. Well, I want to offer you an event that I hope you will take to heart and never forget. Our first Women's Only Self Defense Seminar!
What will you be learning? - We will learn basic techniques that are easy to do, and hard to forget! Starting from a standing position, working our way to what happens to when you are on the ground!
Why do I need this? - Women are always preyed upon, you see it everyday! Why wouldn't you want to take this opportunity to learn something that may save your life one day?
What day is the Class? - We will host this class on Saturday, June 12th at 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
