Info: Check in to the class, sign your waiver (if you did not already) and meet some of your classmates before Rock Valley Credit Union kicks off our class. Use this time to remove your shoes, change into socks/bare feet, and secure personal items. Use this time to pre-order your complimentary beverage from Brewella if you need to leave soon after class ends. Please note: This is event is for ages 16+. Attendees under the age of 18 must have signed parental consent by parent or legal guardian to participate.

Class Begins
Info: After a couple of quick announcements, the instructors from No Joke Mixed Martial Arts will guide you and your classmates from the beginning to the end of class. Please note: You will be paired up with another student at various times during the training. This class is taught entirely on mats. NO SHOES allowed. Sock feet and bare feet are allowed.
