Women's Self Defense Class

Here are the details:

-Class time is 11:00 am to 12:30 pm Saturday December 7th

-The class is open to women ages 13 and up. It is suitable for any ability or fitness level. We can easily work around injuries.

-Cost is only $15 per participant and all proceeds will go to Paws and Effect, a local pet resource group. Any additional donations can be made at the time of the class.

-The class is always 100% hands on, fast paced and fun! No lecture.

-We will cover various types of simple defenses against multiple attacks, then practice applying them with a partner (so bring a friend for added fun).

-In the final section of the class participants will be given the opportunity to perform what they have learned against a live attacker in a full combat suit. This is by far the highlight of the class.

-Wear comfortable workout clothing. You can either wear shoes or go barefoot.

-You are welcome to bring your own drinks, but we also have water and Gatorade for sale here.

-A special continuation program will be available for those who want additional training after the class.
