That's why we've taken our amazing "everybody" self-defense curriculum and tailored it SPECIFICALLY for the girls!
We bring the best tactics and teaching methods RIGHT TO YOU so that you can:
- Spot trouble before it starts
- Avoid problem people
- Deflect, defuse, and dissipate unwanted attention
- Make sure people are on your side
- Make someone STOP touching you without permission
- Get to safety
- Regroup and recover after a violent encounter
- Debrief for later success
As well as training in
- Force multipliers
- Pepper spray (OC) deployment

And you'll ALSO receive a pepper spray device AND an inert trainer so you can practice safely!

The Fine Print:
- Participants must be 18+
- All activity is strictly VOLUNTARY. You are encouraged to participate in everything, but never required to do so.
- This seminar involves physical activity. If you are not fit to participate in an activity, you should not do so. Nobody's going to judge.
- Self-defense instruction, by definition, deals with unpleasant situations. Trigger Warnings may include topics such as: physical assault, harassment, stalking, injury, harm, threat of harm, injury and/or death, DV, SA, and weapons. We do not linger in these spaces, but questions can and should be asked.
