At Tran's we are always taking action to help keep our community safe!! We will be teaching a one and half hour FREE Krav Maga Self-Defense course on Saturday, April 27th for teens and adult females.

It’s true that 1 in 6 women will be attempted raped in their lifetime, so chances are that you, or someone in your circle of friends could use the tips in our workshop.
Empowering yourself with reality base training skills gives you peace of mind, knowing that you have control over your safety and your future.
In this 90-minute workshop specially tailored for teen girls and women, you will practice the necessary skills to stop an encounter from becoming dangerous, and when all else fails, learn how to physically defend yourself from a violent attacker.
Can I do it?
Our class is developed on the premise that women of every body type and physical condition can learn the key skills of self defense. Whether you are a girl in middle school, college student, a mother, and or senior citizen, you can very quickly learn extremely effective and practical techniques to keep you and your family safe!
This is great for teenage girls! (You must be at least 13 years old or older)
