Womens Self Defense - 8 week immersion course

This 8 week (2 days a week, 1 hour each class for 8 weeks) immersion course is designed to empower women of all ages and give them an introduction to self defense, violence prevention, and martial arts, while building confidence, resilience and self worth.

Our mission is to provide women and girls with the will to build confidence, resilience, and self-worth through violence prevention education and self-defense. Over the last decade, Mean Girl Self Defense has provided over 600 seminars and over 100 courses just like this - worldwide and has trained hundreds of instructors and thousands of students in self-defense. We pride ourselves on taking a unique approach to learning and teaching self-defense by discussing prevention techniques, situational awareness, how to detect a “bad guy”, how to recognize human trafficking, and how to protect yourself from a violent predator. We don’t just focus on the “punch and kick” of it all (because self-defense starts with avoidance and prevention), but we do have fun with that part too. The first class of each course is free to attend, so you can try it at no cost to you.
