**Day 1:** We’ll start by covering essential self-defense fundamentals, focusing on techniques to counter common threats women may face. You will learn several effective defenses against typical attacks.

**Day 2:** Building on the foundations from Day 1, we’ll introduce advanced techniques, including defenses against weapons, providing you with a more comprehensive skill set.

**This two-day course aims to condense years of self-defense training into an intensive, practical experience. Designed for participants aged 15+, it’s perfect for anyone looking to feel safer and more confident.**

Each day includes a 15-20 minute break to rest and recharge. Bring water and a light snack or fruit, and have a light breakfast beforehand. Expect to stay active, as we’ll be on our feet and moving throughout the sessions.

We accommodate all injuries—just inform your instructor and training partners so we can adjust accordingly.
